Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on opened items.

What can be refunded or exchanged?

If you receive a damaged (unopened) item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@healthstack.co.za. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or store credit, at our discretion. Please note that we do not take responsibility for products damaged during the courier service handling process. If your product is damaged upon arrival, we will lodge a complaint with the courier company on your behalf, the outcome of this is not guaranteed, however we do strive to make sure you product is packed nice a cozy to arrive safely with you. 

Return Shipping

Please note that customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Disputes

Any disputes regarding refunds or exchanges must be filed within 7 days of receiving your order.
